My name is Paul Rance, 18 years old, and I'm a future special education teacher. I believe that education is for all. As their second parent, my mission is to bring them out from their diversity. Here in Philippines, not all special children are given opportunity to go to school due to lack of money; perhaps their own parent are denial or probably because not all of the schools in Philippines are incapable to accept special children. There are so many videos and music in the internet that will surely help them to learn, but the question is: "Does everyone has the capability to access internet?" Now, if we have stable internet access nationwide, I believe that every parent can be there substitute teacher at home. This nationwide internet access will not just benefit special children but also other regular students that are not capable on renting computers to do their homeworks or research due to financial problem. We can name this "Home Education" where the knowledge can be develop at home.
